The Australian Government is working with the disability employment sector to ensure all employees with disabilities receive fair, award-based wages, and have access to quality services and personalised workplace training and support. The Australian Government has developed a wage assessment tool, based on the best features of competency and productivity wage assessment tools. All business services that chose to undertake wage assessments using this tool are eligible for free, government-funded wage assessments conducted by qualified CRS Australia staff.
