This analysis of wage assessment tools used by Business Services was undertaken to provide information to assist with consideration of an application by the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers Union to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission to vary the ALHMWU Supported Employment (Business Enterprises) Award 2001. The unions requested variation is to include in the Award the Business Services Wage Assessment Tool (BSWAT), or a tool that delivers quivalent or better wage outcome
