Even though this may sound reasonable enough, there is a great deal of resistance, confusion and misunderstanding about OBE. This article attempts to provide some clarification by providing one perspective of the definition of OBE, proposing a model for using the term "outcome," and illustrating the use of outcomes at all levels of the education system. |
